In case of coupling with the pedalboard of the other side, double springs and dampers are supplied (one for each pedal) and double potentiometer to have the same behavior and response on the simulator for both sides

Bodnar Joystick card

USB interface board designed for use with flight simulators, driving simulators, and other custom game controls.

It supports up to 32 buttons.

It has 8 analog inputs for potentiometers (for example, for joystick axes).

Our many years of experience with pilots, as well as with the general public, in the intensive use of flight simulators led us to design and produce the B737 pedals, both on the captain's side and the first officer's side.

The primary characteristic of this construction is robustness: the forces applied to the pedals' flight controls can be very high, and the stress on the lever systems is certainly considerable. Given the high thrust capacity of the lower limbs, which can translate into hundreds of kilograms of applied force, we created a pedal assembly constructed from high-quality materials, used in a design in which every diameter and connection between mechanical parts and levers is designed to withstand any possible load.

The connection between the captain's and first officer's pedals is achieved via splined shafts and a very robust articulated bar. Furthermore, the mechanisms are designed to operate in pairs without varying the resulting load compared to single use.

Sturdy Mechanism

The system is also highly stable and precise: thanks to the rigidity of the assembly, no play between the parts or mechanical deformation is possible. This level of solidity and mechanical precision, combined with the use of high-resolution potentiometers, has enabled flight control that provides extremely accurate response in the simulated aircraft.

The entire mechanism is also driven by a carriage, also extremely rigid and free of play, which, together with the extremely precise and stable chain transmission, allows for safe adjustment of the distance between the pedals and the pilot.

Damping, achieved through a system of springs and hydraulic pistons, ensures constant fluidity and a virtually perfect response, without compromising the correct return to zero.

The pedals guarantee a response equal to the originals and exceptional reliability over time.
