The simulator can easily operate over 24 hours a day – 7 days a week without reaching system limits.

FSC design
The design of the simulator blends perfectly with architectural and aesthetic needs of any location; the 180° Monitor Visual System Concept is an innovative solution that makes the simulator very compact and easy to integrate in any environment.
Thanks to its modular and sturdy structure it is especially versatile and suitable for all situations when a fast on-site assembly is required (Convention, Exhibitions and more...).
To blend in any environment, the M.T.H.S. has a metal freestanding structure with flat surfaces customizable with any logo.

Flight controls and instrument panels
The M.T.H.S. faithfully reproduces a fully functioning set of heavy duty and realistic flight controls, while a dedicated instrument panel grants the opportunity to simulate different avionic configurations.
Appropriate setup tools will allow to simplify several procedures, to enable the use of the simulator to all users, regardless their skill level.
To further customize the experience, the instrument panel is available in two versions: a 23” customizable touch screen or a panel with integrated FSC1000 and analog gauges. This allows familiarization with different types of instruments and helicopters, optimizing each flight session.
Hardware and visual system
The whole simulator is managed and controlled by a complex and reliable system of Super-PC mounted on a 32U Rack and integrated on the visual structure, synchronized on a 1Gbps Private-Network. Every single computer is assembled by our technical team with latest generation components, both operative system and control software are further optimized in order to guarantee the maximum of performances. This makes the system capable of a real time image generation at the speed of over 40 FPs and resolution of 10.800 x 3.840 pixels, allowing complex and highly detailed sceneries. This system is also entrusted with the management of all weather conditions. Free storage grants enough space for any software upgrade and expansion with additional sceneries. The rack includes 3 Super-PC for the Flight Server, Avionic Server, Spare and Audio System.

Visual arena and audio system surround
The visual arena is suitable to lodge an immersive visual system, in order to meet the different requirements of the market.
The visual system is available in two configurations:
the standard 5 x 85” 4K vertical monitors or the more compact 5 x 65”.
Each simulator is equipped with a sound system to give a perfect listening and allow an engaging experience. Should there be the need to completely isolate the sounds of the simulator, the simple push of a dedicated button will activate the “PRIVATE MODE”; this feature will shift all sounds to the Intercom system, turning off the Surround speakers.
Custom airports and photoreal-scenery
Every M.T.H.S. is inclusive of an extremely detailed scenery of the whole Italian territory and its 50 major airports as well as the major European airports, each with a photoreal surrounding area of approximately 50 km (+/- 25km). FSC is organized with an internal department that creates photo realistic sceneries virtual of airports and of the world. With each simulator is supplied also the customized scenery of the host airport. FSC, however, is able to realize any airport and relative photo realistic scenery of the world, upon availability of airport technical drawings and/or updated orthophotos. As new airports become available, since they are in continuous evolution and expansion, FSC ensures the free upgrade of the sceneries already installed.
