Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of products offered through the website www.fsc.it.

Art. 1 Conclusion of the contract
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. via an e-mail sent to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message contains the order number, order date, billing details, recipient of the goods, details and prices (VAT included) of the ordered items, transport services and additional services, payment methods, PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. company data, and any notes or warnings for the customer. Once the order is received and payment is verified, PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. will proceed with the shipping phases.
1.2 The offer of products on the site is subject to actual availability. In case of unavailability of one or more products, PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. will inform the Customer by telephone or e-mail regarding changes to the received order.
1.3 All prices of items on the product pages of www.fsc.it are intended excluding VAT, expressed in EURO, and refer exclusively to purchases made via the Internet, net of shipping costs. PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. reserves the right to change prices at any time, except for orders already accepted by the parties, which will not undergo price changes.
1.4 The Customer acknowledges that images and descriptions relating to the products may not perfectly correspond to the actual characteristics of each individual product.
1.5 PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. reserves the right to modify and improve its products at any time, without being obliged to update previous versions.
1.6 PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the content of the www.fsc.it website or for changes made by third-party manufacturers.
Art. 2 Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions
2.1 By submitting an order electronically, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions in their dealings with PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A., declaring to have reviewed and accepted all information provided, and acknowledging that the Seller is not bound by different conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 The General Conditions regarding "Consumers" shall only apply to individuals who, pursuant to Art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 08/10/2005 (Consumer Code), "act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out". Specifically, Art. 5 (two-year warranty) and Art. 6 (withdrawal) shall apply only if the Customer qualifies as a Consumer.
2.3 The Customer declares to have examined the General Conditions before submitting the purchase order and undertakes to print or save an electronic copy of these Conditions once the online purchase procedure is concluded, pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99 and 206/2005.
Art. 3 Payment
3.1 The Customer may make the payment via:
- Credit Card via PayPal: After confirming the order, the Customer will be redirected to the secure PayPal server (168-bit SSL protection).
- PayPal Account: By logging into their PayPal account immediately after order confirmation.
- Bank Transfer: The transfer must be made to the following coordinates, indicating the order number in the payment reference:

Upon receipt of the transfer, PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. will begin preparing and shipping the goods.
Art. 4 Delivery
4.1 The label “In stock” indicates that the product is available for purchase. This availability may refer to:
a) a finished product physically present in the warehouse, ready for shipment;
b) a product not yet built but “made to order,” for which the necessary raw materials and/or components are available.
In the case of products made to order, production will begin after order confirmation and payment receipt, within the technical timeframe communicated to the Customer via e-mail. These times are indicative and not essential pursuant to Art. 1457 of the Civil Code, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Seller reserves the right to communicate delays due to force majeure, unavailability of raw materials, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, the Customer may choose to wait for the new date or request an order cancellation and refund.
4.2 If the product is not in stock, delivery may take 8 to 10 weeks depending on production times. In such cases, the ordering link may be temporarily disabled. For information, contact info@fsc.it.
4.3 Delivery is deemed completed at the recipient's street number or at the location indicated in the transport documents (D.D.T.).
4.4 Goods are generally delivered within 15-20 working days if in stock. After payment confirmation, an approximate delivery date will be provided. PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. is not responsible for delays/non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure (e.g., accidents, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods, etc.), or causes attributable to the carrier.
4.5 The courier may deliver without notice. PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. is not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
4.6 Ordered goods are covered by insurance during shipment. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the number of packages and the integrity of the product upon receipt. If the goods appear damaged, the Customer must refuse the delivery or sign the courier's form with a “specific reserve” describing the damage, notifying PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. within 5 days via email at info@fsc.it (preferably with photos).
Art. 5 Warranty
5.1 Products purchased by Non-Consumer Customers (B2B) are covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty of 12 months for conformity defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase.
5.2 Products purchased by Consumer Customers (B2C) are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years for conformity defects and/or malfunctions.
5.3 In case of a conformity defect, PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. will provide the necessary spare parts at no cost. The Customer must check the product within 14 days of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt via registered mail (A/R) to the operational headquarters: PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. Via Praimbole, 15/bis - 35010 Limena (PD) – ITALY or via email to info@fsc.it, providing the item code and photos of the defect.
5.4 If PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. is unable to repair or replace a product under warranty, they may offer a consensual replacement with a product of similar or superior characteristics or a refund. For warranty replacements, the Customer must ship the defective product at their own expense to the Seller's headquarters. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts.
5.5 No damages may be claimed for delays in repairs or replacements. If the reported defect is not a conformity defect under Art. 129 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for verification, restoration, and transport costs.
5.6 PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for improper use of products.
5.7 The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear components (e.g., buttons, levers, gears, solenoids, potentiometers, sensors).
5.8 Unauthorized repairs by the Customer will void the warranty and will not be reimbursed.
Art. 6 Right of Withdrawal
6.1 PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. and the Customer share an interest in avoiding refunds. Customers are encouraged to review all product features before purchasing. Refunds are guaranteed if:
- The products received do not match the order.
- The product is damaged.
- The problem is reported within 14 days of receipt.
Both Consumer and Non-Consumer Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt by sending a registered letter (A/R) to the operational headquarters or an email to info@fsc.it, specifying the order number and items involved.
6.2 PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. will refund the price within 30 days of receiving the notice, but reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received back.
6.3 Direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer. The shipment is under the Customer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. PROFESSIONAL SHOW S.p.A. is not liable for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
6.4 The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- a) Missing original packaging;
- b) Absence of integral elements (manuals, accessories, etc.);
- c) Damage to the product or signs of wear/alteration;
- d) Purchase of customized products made to the Customer's specifications.
Art. 7 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Except for contracts with Consumers, the Court of Padua (Foro di Padova) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
