This simulator is a fully equipped, two-seat training system featuring interconnected flight controls and modeled on the Cessna C182-G1000. It is built specifically for aviation schools and college students.

Its instrument panel height and visual display provide a realistic outside view, making it excellent for VFR training. With the integrated G1000 glass cockpit, programmable autopilot, and GPS navigation, it also supports effective IFR practice.

The MTGS332’s construction and control systems meet the requirements for certification as a BITD (Basic Instrument Training Device) and as an FNPT II (Flight and Navigation Procedure Trainer – Type II / MCC).

The FSC1000 is a full-scale replica of a well-known glass cockpit system used in many modern aircraft.

It combines all major avionics into a digital system featuring two screens: one functioning as the Primary Flight Display (PFD) and the other as the Multi-Function Display (MFD), along with an integrated audio panel.

All essential flight instruments appear on the FSC1000’s displays, replacing traditional analog gauges. Each screen includes dedicated controls for configuring the autopilot.

The G1000 system automatically detects the aircraft model and adjusts its indicators and speed limitations to match that specific aircraft.

The primary flight controls (yoke and rudder pedals) are constructed with durable, high-quality materials and mechanisms. They include Dynamic Control Loading technology, which adjusts control resistance based on flight conditions and moves the controls automatically when the autopilot is engaged.

Using precise, robust electric motors, the system delivers realistic force feedback that changes according to the aerodynamic pressure acting on the aircraft.

It also replicates the natural, reversible behavior of aerodynamic surfaces. For instance, the effect of rudder trim on a single-engine aircraft or the inherent weight and movement of control surfaces.

At every start-up, the system automatically calibrates the controls, ensuring they are perfectly centered and positioned with maximum accuracy. This process compensates for any mechanical changes that may develop in the controls over time.

All aircraft vibrations are faithfully reproduced—both engine vibrations on the controls (with intensity and frequency adjusting to engine RPM) and ground-contact vibrations. The system precisely interprets lateral accelerations, enabling the pilot to “sense” which wheel—left or right—is touching or lifting off the runway.

Pilot inputs are captured accurately through the internal resolver of the control-loading system. Additionally, the controls include high-precision backup potentiometers, allowing the simulator to continue operating normally even if the Dynamic Control Loading system is inactive.

The mechanically linked yoke system is built from stainless steel and is offered either in a passive version or with Dynamic Control Loading.

It allows a full 180° rotation on the longitudinal axis, matching the movement of the yoke in the actual aircraft.

Its forward and backward travel reaches up to 170 mm.

The control wheel is produced in-house by FSC and is an exact full-scale replica of the real one.

It includes dual trim switches (for brakes and electric trim motor), an autopilot disconnect button, and a push-to-talk (PTT) switch.

For safety, the system also features a red emergency button that cuts power to the Dynamic Control Loading system if needed.

MTGS332 is a simulator designed to be easily customized, especially in the Visual field. FSC provides two configurations without visual kits, which can be integrated into existing simulation environments, and 2 models with a scenery display  system. The solution proposed by FSC consists of a compact metal structure on wheels, housing 3x 55 “LCD monitors with a resolution of 11.520X2.160 that guarantee a smooth flight and scenery flow (up to 60 fps).

Thanks to the expertise in  manufacturing and integration of turnkey flight simulators, FSC is able to design and realize customized visual system.
